The Synergy Linx control module give complete control for each garment to the operator. This control includes easy changes to spray size, density, type and location as well as cure parameters for each of those variables. The touchscreen at the load station shows what is loaded in queue mode and what the current parameters are. These are simple to change with the touch of a finger.
The Synergy can connect into the full Linx suite. This allows for preset profiles on bar codes so the operator only loads and scans a garment and the Synergy adjusts to the information on the barcode. The image that is in process will project onto the load zone for operator verification. Simple to use and maintain with rapid production of quality products.
